In addition to the abundance of indoor options at Splash Point Photo, we also offer some great outdoor spaces. You'll find charming brick archways, a paved courtyard, an iron staircase leading to a balcony, and nooks. While we can’t officially include the surrounding area in your studio hire, we’re always keen to promote it — and many photographers take full advantage of the nearby beach during shoots with models here. Out back, there's a rugged access road that lends itself well to gritty, urban-style photography. Out front, just past the beach, you can explore more of the town. There's a stone circle that, when shot from a low angle, can look impressively like a cliff edge, plus a skate park and other interesting spots. Head in the opposite direction along the promenade for a quieter walk featuring natural elements and like large rocks, which also double as excellent posing props. We’re conveniently located just 45 minutes from Chester, an hour from Liverpool, and under an hour from the stunning landscapes of Snowdonia. Whether you're drawn to the cultural buzz of Liverpool, the Roman heritage of Chester, or the breathtaking beauty of North Wales, we highly recommend making a weekend of your visit as there's so much to explore just beyond the studio.
